There should be nothing in the message except the one word: subscribe (no punctuation, and no signature). Later you can unsubscribe in the same way if you want to. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement from Roots Web.

Or substitute MEISSNER-D for MEISSNER-L in the To: line and the messages will be grouped into "digest" form..
